Architects in charge of lighting custom kitchen cabinets often run into problems when it comes time to specify in-cabinet lighting strips for cabinet build outs made with wooden doors and glass windows. While such a cabinet looks beautiful when illuminated from within, it is difficult to do so with standard in-cabinet lighting fixtures that generate even marginal amounts of heat. Closed-air spaces can quickly become a fire hazard once heat buildup begins. It is necessary in such cases to use a low-voltage lighting source that can generate superior optical results with minimal radiant heat.
The best source of light to use for this type of enclosed in-cabinet lighting is an LED linear lighting strip fixture. While this technology has been around for years, it was not until very recently that its aesthetic qualities began to equal its technological advantages. The biggest challenge for LED strip light manufacturers lay in creating a bulb that could generate the same level of luminance as an incandescent source. Attempts to engineer LED bulbs themselves for greater lumens output failed because LED light bulbs by nature emit light through electrical stimulation of a diode core that operates in a completely different manner than the [electrification of incendiary] gases contained within traditional light bulbs.
Phantom Lighting made no such attempts to overcome the essence of futility when its engineers gathered around the drawing board to design a new generation of in-cabinet lighting strips. Rather than attempting to reengineer the nature of the LED bulb itself, they rather decided to make the essence of the LED bulb part of a newer, grander design of the patent pending 2800K Phantom festoon lamp. This lamp is actually made from the same LED chips that other lighting manufacturers use in their strips, but the configuration is the unique and proprietary creation Phantom Lighting. The three chips contained within a single LED festoon lamp combine their individual luminance in such a manner that ultimately produces an light output that equals Xenon or Incandescent sources—with no infrared or ultraviolet radiation. Phantom adjustable shelf lighting allows the builder, the architect, and the designer to illuminate custom displays without restriction. Shelves can be placed at variable heights to create custom displays and unique private library collections. Dimmable transformers enable homeowners to fine tune lighting at will. Lamping options range from classic xenon to patented LED festoon technology which rivals the lumens output of incandescent sources, but operates at 80% less the cost and emits no heat or ultraviolet radiation that can harm collectibles or books.
Several attributes unique to our technology are responsible for its seamless adaptability to multiple library shelf lighting applications. Adjustable shelf lights, specifically designed for new construction build outs, are engineered as wireless luminaires. A simple combination of patented buss bars, highly conductive metal shelf supports, and brass contact pads connected to the linear fixtures replace the need for standard wiring. Buss bars are patented metal conduits that embed flush in the external sides of bookcases and cabinets. Screw holes are located in the buss bars at close intervals that allow shelf supports to be mounted at any desired height within the cabinet. The linear fixtures are hidden behind the front reveal of each shelf, and the contact pads are connected to both ends of each lighting strip. When the private library display or bookcase is assembled, the contact pads and shelf supports complete a wireless, low-voltage circuit that powers the lamps.
The freedom this allows the collector cannot be underemphasized. More often than not, libraries contain books of different spine lengths, and antique collections include contents of widely variable sizes. It may be necessary to move shelves up or down to create more space as the collection grows, and the only way to do this without having to contract an electrician is to use adjustable xenon shelf lighting strips that have been engineered with this basic need of collectors in mind. While it is true that a score of linear light fixtures exist on the open market, these luminaires require hard wiring that makes adjusting shelves equivalent to an electrical overhaul. Furthermore, the aesthetics of standard build fixtures is also limited when you factor into account that every light we ship out is custom manufactured to the specific dimensions of the shelf to which it will be mounted.

As we discussed a while back, one important part of a proper implementation of an EMR (electronic medical records) system is staff involvement. This simple fact can’t be over-emphasized, as no single person can accomplish this task on their own, regardless of how good they are. You must be ready when problems begin to develop, verbalizing your trust in the staff throughout the entire process.
Perhaps the most interesting observation made during the design and implementation process was noting differences in how staff from different generations learned the program. Younger staff members usually learned more quickly, most likely because they had grown up using computers. Of course, the older staff members tend to have more experience with performing the tasks of a particular job function. For this reason, you must be ready for frustrations from both sides of the generational situation.
The owner and administrators must fully understand and appreciate the legitimate concerns that staff members will have about implementing a new practice-wide system.

This might shock you as much as it did me but statistics show that the average American is saving up a “staggering” $392 per year! Three hundred and ninety two dollars per year or only about one dollar per day! You don’t have to be a math genius to see that only saving $392 on average will definitely bring some financial difficulties further down the road when people are getting closer to their retirement age. I can only imagine how desperate you must feel when you realize that you have absolutely no money to show after working an entire life and that the rest of your life where you’ll have all the time in the world to enjoy your hobbies and passions will instead be used on turning every cent because there are literally no savings.
Reason number 1:
The average American household makes about $50,000 per year and even though that is a decent amount you will still have to put a fair chunk of it aside if you want to be absolutely certain that you will have enough money to not only just get by but also be able to enjoy your life when retired. Most people will retire somewhere around the age of 60-65 and as humans are getting older and older, you can look forward to living 15-25 years retired from your job. Take your current monthly expenditure and multiply it to see how much you would need in savings to just keep your standard of living as it is. If you don’t start saving and/or investing today, then you’ll only make it harder on yourself by every day that passes by.
Reason number 2:
If you have ever heard of the term compounding interests then you’ll probably know that it can be a good thing if we’re talking about your savings and a bad thing if you have debt. Compounding interests are a mechanism that will increase the speed in which your money becomes more money. You’re letting your money work for you instead of you working for money. However you will also find that even though compounding interests can have a dramatic effect on how much your money increases in value then the fuel that makes it grow is time (and interest rates of cause). With very little time for money to do their job you will not get very much from it. Instead if you are able to let your money work for 30-50 years then you will see tremendous results. So again the conclusion is to start saving up today!

You have broken off with your ex over the last couple of weeks. But your ex still shows a little bit of interest or it appears he wants to still go out with you again at least from the way he behaves when you run into each other. He tries to pretend as if nothing happened, that you are still in love with each other or that you are both still seeing each other. The way he behaves, you are finding it hard to understand. You are asking yourself “Does my ex want to get back with me?”
I want to help you answer that question. You want to know if your ex wants to get back with you.
There are some sure signs that an ex may be trying to get back to you, but a word of caution here. Do not go rushing into his hands or you may regret it forever.

I have been thinking about this…
Are there really magic words that anyone can use? Can you actually use some words to make your ex to return your phone calls or text messages?
I have heard it a lot. Words are powerful! Yes If then, then there must be.
So I got cranking.
You have just separated. Your ex still hurts. You feel it was a mistake. You still love her.
It is as if the sleep can not come to your eyes. You have got to get her back as soon as possible.

Human beings by nature are dependent on one another. That is why it is said that no one is an island.
Relationships have to be formed and fostered which leads to good natural feeling. But once in a while such good relationships do get broken. Hearts are shattered. Conflicts are inevitable or unavoidable.
When this happens, we are affected or impacted negatively. This is natural. This is particularly so in the affairs of the heart. Then we feel hurt. We may start to think, how can I get back at my ex? How do I get him to regret or miss not having me at his aide anymore? We are thinking “what are the ways I can get back at my ex?”
When we suffer a breakup or separation, we may be thinking of the other person, whether they did well or treated us badly. We are hurting and blaming the other person which may lead us to believe we can do certain things to get back at them. Yes it is possible to get back at your ex. That are thing you can do to tell him you do not miss him.

These days, more and more people are choosing to eat and drink organically. And why not? Organic foods are better for you, and for the environment. Sure, organic products are a little more expensive than their preservative counterparts, but they are doing wonders to your body, both inside and out. And, thus, it is no surprise that many people are choosing to fill up their wine glasses with organic wine. However, there is a big different between organic wines, and wines made from organic grapes. The difference lies in the sulphites.
Organic Wines are wines that are made from organically grown grapes without any added sulphites. However, some ‘organic ‘wines are made from organically grown grapes but still contain up to 100ppm of added sulphites. The problem with total organic wines is that it cannot be labelled organic unless it is 100 percent organic, which means 0 S02 present. Every country is different, but, under the USDA and America’s National Organic Program, this is the way it is. Even with an added 100ppm of sulphite, the product is 99.9 percent organic. However, this is not enough to classify as true organic wines.
So, what does this mean for the organic wine industry and the consumers? Well, it means a lot of confusion. You want to fill your wine glasses up with organic wines but, with the confusion surrounding the term ‘organic’ how can you know that your wine choice is actually organically grown and manufactured? An organic wine, in the United States, must come with a certified United States Department of Agriculture Seal (USDA). They tend to be more expensive than the other labeled wines; however, you can be rest assured that you are doing your body and the environment a favor.

Customer of 21st century is very demanding, in terms of good quality product, reasonable price and on time delivery. This thing has forced manufacturer to adopt such philosophies that can meet customers’ needs challenges.
That’s why, world class organization are trying to invent new theories and principles of process optimization and using old ones in more effective manner. Also this has forced companies to adopt modern manufacturing techniques and to have less focus on human performance.
The companies, who are leader in manufacturing practices, are Toyota Motors, General Electric, Boeing Corporation, Honeywell, Rockwell, NCR, ITT industries and Motorola. These companies have set the trend s for manufacturing quality. Other companies are adopting quality and improvement tools being used by these organizations. Dog parks are not for everyone and certainly not for every dog. Personally I’m not a dog park person, mainly because I live in a rural area and own more than 1 dog; they have ample room to run. But many of my clients enjoy taking their dogs to the dog park for interaction with other dogs.
Dogs are pack animals and accordingly, enjoy running and playing with other dogs. If they are available in your area, dog parks are a great place where your dog can run off leash and socialize with other dogs. Fenced in dog parks where your dog can be let loose to run and play are an excellent resource for city dwellers. Not only do they please your furry friend, but you can feel good knowing your dog is getting their social needs met.
Even though dogs are allowed to be off leash, your responsibility as your dog’s master and teacher must remain intact. The dog park environment seems relaxed and in the dog’s favor, but you still have the potential to maintain teaching your dog to be obedient. They must still, obviously, be supervised. Many dog park guests simply sit on the bench and wait for their dog to wear themselves out so they can leave.
