Energy in motion is a definition for momentum. It carries the thought of continuing to take action. It is easy for us to visualize a multi ton train picking up speed as it starts its journey. We say it is increasing momentum. Energy is being expended to increase the momentum. Once going it is hard to stop. Anything in the way gets moved out of the way. How does this apply to internet marketing? We need to continue adding energy to our campaigns by taking action. We need to move out of the way any thing that slows us down.

To paraphrase Tony Robbins, “Take massive action”. Or as sales people are told routinely “make something happen”. We need to take purposeful action daily to keep our momentum to carry you through to your goals. As they say we need to get on a role.

To make something happen routinely we need to be persistent. Persistence is what separates the men from the boys. Education is great, high intelligence is better, but, it takes a persistent approach to build momentum and build a business.

Perhaps one of the most ideal ways to decorate your windows and even your entire home is through the usage of curtains and roller blinds. A lot of people are aware that the shades refer to anything that is considered as window covering. This means that the list could include shutters, roller shades, and any other covering that is not made of fabric.

Why is it, then, ideal to use this type of covering instead of curtains? There are a number of reasons, and they are good ones. First is that shades reduce the amount of sunlight that enter your room, whereas curtains may look more visually pleasing, but these allow more sunlight and more heat. If you are living in a place with warmer climate, it is a must to ditch the fabric and switch to the other one. Second, shades are easier to clean rather than curtains. The latter requires laundry and even mending in order to maintain its usability. Shades, on the other hand, only requires dusting and even cleaning by cloth, as these do not easily get stained compared to its fabric counterpart.

There are a number of blinds to choose from. The first type and probably the most popular one is the Persian kind, which are larger than the others and are made as long slats of metal. These can either be straight or curved and are connected by ropes that can be adjusted in order to control the amount of view that can be seen on the window. The next type is the Vertical kind, which is easier to control than the Horizontal one. Since the placement is vertical, this type has a stronger chance of withstanding wind rather than the horizontal ones. These are usually plastic but sturdier compared to the others. Moving on, another type and perhaps the more visually attractive is the cellular shade, also known as Honeycombs. Invented in the late 1970’s, these are called as such due to their unusual shape that resembles a beehive—each slat is tube-like and hexagonal. These cells are said to trap the air, thus highlighting its energy efficient purpose. Of course, this type also has the ability to darken a room with just a pull of the cord, so this is just as useful as the other types available in the market.

One’s artistic side can also be measured through his or her choice of window shades. Of course it is true that the color of the chosen material shall complement the colors of the walls, the floor and even the ceiling so as to create a more visually inspiring room. The colors could also reflect the owner’s sense of style and lifestyle. These could range from pure and simple white to the mysterious and eerie black. The choice is all yours.
