Dear Johnnies Hospital Nursing Gowns

Going to the hospital for the big day when you give birth to your son or daughter can be a stressful event. The last thing you want to worry about is how comfortable you are going to be in the one size fits all standard hospital gowns. God forbid you end up reenacting Jack Nicholson’s backside baring move in “Something’s Gotta Give.” Luckily, Dear Johnnies are here to save the day. This brand of maternity hospital gowns and robes was created by a mother for mothers. These gowns have been tried and tested in real birthing experiences by celebrities and everyday moms alike who attest to their comfort, practicality, and style. Having one of these gowns on hand is a great way to ensure that the big day will be less stressful and with memories captured in flattering photos of you with your newborn soon after birth.

The Dear Johnnies hospital gowns are incredibly comfortable and functional. Made out of 100% cotton fabric, they are lightweight and airy. Short sleeves styles that hit around the knee area are easy to maneuver in and are not constricting. The back of the gown is fully functional with a snap down back, which is adorned with ribbon for a cuter, more stylish look. The snaps ensure that there will be no unexpected backside showing, while allowing you to easily put on and take off the gown. Another great feature about the Dear Johnnies are that they are nursing accessible. Snaps along the top of the sleeves allow them to be easily unsnapped for breast feeding access. (This is also appreciated by the doctors, as it makes any examination easier).

Along with the comfort and functionality that the Dear Johnnies provide, their style is equally as important. We all know how a cute top, stylish shoes, or even a new pair of earrings make you feel….refreshed, gorgeous, upbeat! By simply wearing something in which you feel and look great, your outlook can change. Dear Johnnies do just that. They come in a variety of colors and patterns, all are trimmed with beautiful grosgrain ribbon. One favorite is the “Pia” hospital gown- a blue and lime green mosaic print pattern has a fresh feel. If you are looking for a bit more of a traditional feel, try the “Ellie” hospital gown- light blue with white polka dots and a grosgrain ribbon trim in light blue. If you are having a girl you might want to check out the “Lucy” in a beautiful patterned light pink. Overall, the patterns and details on these hospital gowns give them a fun and fashion forward touch, perfect for making your big day that much more special and personal.

Fat Burning Furnace Review – Who is Rob Poulos and What Does He Know About Fat Loss?

So you are considering Fat Burning Furnace but wonder if it truly is worth the money?

The FBF diet and work out system was basically invented by an overweight young man with a burning need to find the most efficient ways to lose weight and get rid of unwanted body fat.

Rob Poulos after a lot of learning from mistakes went from a blobby Fifty pounds over weight to sleek, trim and ripped. It was through the research he did and the fat loss experiences he went through which evolved into the basis of the Fat Burning Furnace method.

Now, some people might argue that considering that Fat Burning Furnace was designed by Rob Poulos, who is not a medical doctor, nutritional expert or professional fitness instructor, that he isn’t qualified to join the world of weight-loss specialists.

5 Reasons Why Girls Love Twilight

Before the movie there was the book. And the book is the root of all evil…erhm…awesomeness that was then transformed into a movie. Many people skip over the book and watch the movie, which isn’t getting an Oscar nom any time soon, but it was a decent movie that reached its audience and made lots and lots of money. Twilight’s true power lies in the books themselves. The saga transports girls and taps into all of their primal desires: to be loved and loved in return.

Twilight allows the book to be commercialized. Actors give characters a face that allows studios to create merchandise like Twilight party favors, and posters. Movies also reach a greater audience than books do. For some reason, many people don’t like to read. They associate reading with schoolwork and boredom. The problem is that they’re reading the wrong books. Twilight originated as a book so there was no way other than fan art to create merchandise to sell and make a greater profit. Being the capitalist society that we live in, there was no other place for Twilight to go but the movies.

The first three books especially transport the reader to a different world. With a simple language, anyone with a middle school reading level can enjoy the books. There is consistent action (minus Bella’s whiny period in New Moon) and danger that makes your heart race and get you addicted.

5 Activities to Give to the Kids in Your Bridal Party

Files under Society | Leave a Comment

Flower girls and ring bearers create the ultimate “awe” factor. Nothing is cuter than watching two elementary school aged and younger children walking down the aisle hand in hand. They seem so happy to help out the grown ups and really want to be involved. Sometimes, everyone watching them overwhelms and they cry while walking down the aisle or have absolutely no desire to go down the aisle to begin with. Here are five tips to pump the kids up and make sure they walk down the aisle smiling.

Kids love being involved. Especially between the ages of 3 and 7 they want adults to give them tasks. Inquisitive children learn how by watching and doing, so “Can I help” often gets asked. And by often, every two seconds. Being a part of the wedding party is an excellent opportunity for them to be put to work.

An easy way to get the kids involved, especially the boys who might not be so eager to help with all the girly stuff going around, is to have them help with the wedding party favors. Have them give input on what is their favorite and which they would prefer. Before the wedding, have them help put together the favors. Whether they put the bow on the wrapping paper or assemble the favor, they’ll have a sense of accomplishment. You’ll spend quality time with your favorite kids and give them something to look forward to on the day. On the wedding day, make sure to tell them to look for the wedding party favors on the tables and reinforce how awesome they look.

5 Unique Center Piece Ideas

One of the most annoying things when sitting down at a reception is the enormous size of the centerpiece. They tower and you end up playing peek-a-boo with the person sitting across from you. Sometimes the centerpiece is so huge you can’t even see the person on the opposite side of the table. Guests start cracking jokes about how they can’t see and they can’t enjoy the company. Here are five great ideas for unique centerpieces that stay low to the table and allow people to actually see one another.

The following centerpiece ideas fit any wedding’s theme, color, or season. Essentially, they are jump off points where you allow your imagination and personality to shine through. Most importantly, they stay low to the table so guests easily see one another. If you insist on large centerpieces, make the height high enough and the trunk thin enough so people can still have a conversation with the entire table.

One great centerpiece is to surround a large flowerpot with smaller pots and plant orchids or another beautiful flower of your choice. Each guest at the table takes home one small pot as their wedding party favor. They have a nice potted plant to decorate their homes and in springtime they’ll be able to put the plant in their own garden. Just like your budding marriage, the young plants will blossom into something beautiful, instead of the fake flowers or bouquets that die after a few days.

5 Creative Bridal Dresses Ideas

Files under Advice | Leave a Comment

Every bridesmaid’s nightmare is the ugly bridal party dress. It’s almost as if the bride purposefully wants to place her favorite girls in ugly dresses. Thankfully, brides have started making their bridesmaid dresses slightly more modern and prettier. The case still remains of how best to help the bridesmaid save money on the dress and feel good in her body to want to reuse the dress and get the best deal. Here are some easy ways to make the dresses reusable and still make the bride stand out in a crowd.

A new popular trend is for everyone to wear the same color and but a different style allowing each bridesmaid to wear the dress that better fits her body. For example, if a girl with a larger bust wants to wear a better bra and not fuss with a strapless gown, then her dress could have a broader strap and more fitted neckline. If you’re bridesmaid look and feel happy in their dresses then they will be more likely to reuse the dress, almost like their own party favor, and get the most out of their money.

Another way to keep the dresses reusable is to make them short cocktail dresses. Short dresses aren’t appropriate for every wedding; however, it’s become more acceptable to wear cocktail dresses. If they keep it short and simple, then bridesmaids can reuse the dresses for other occasions, whether it’s for work functions, a formal night out, or another wedding.

5 Reasons We Project Our Love of Edward Onto Robert

We love Edward. He’s everything we expect our men to be. Too bad they haven’t gotten the hint yet! Yet, we have an actor who portrays our favorite boy in the movies. In our minds has Edward become Rpattz and Rpattz become Edward? Will we continue to support Rob after the movie franchise finishes and he relinquishes his role as Edward, or will we allow him to fade into the woodworks of other actors who became famous by playing a certain role?

For example, perhaps one of the sexiest actors playing a male tormented vampires to grace the silver screen is David Boreanez (Angel from the late 90s TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.) That man was born to play Angel just like Rpattz was born to play Edward. David now stars in a successful series, Bones, with new and old fans. Does Rob have enough acting talent to actually get that next gig and make money for these studios?

His face is everywhere, that’s for sure, and you would have to live under a rock not to at least recognize who he is. From Twilight party favors to posters to billboards, he’s everywhere. He’s selling without even realizing he’s selling things. His Twilight movies alone have beaten records at the Box Office. Girls chase him down the street and he even almost got run over once. But the question again is are girls screaming for “Rob” or “Edward.”

Finding a Good Promotional Product Company

Files under Business | Leave a Comment

Finding a good promotional product company can be a difficult task if you are unsure of what you are looking for or if it’s your first time delving into the promotional product arena. Here are a few tips to get you on your way to the right company for you:

• Reliability- This can be a tricky one if you are dealing with online promotional product companies, but spend a few minutes on Google and you will get the general idea of the reputation of the company. Most companies that have been in business for awhile will have testimonials available from previous customers in regards to their services. After all, what good is 10,000 ball pens going to do you if the delivery is late and you don’t have a chance to distribute them during your event? Reliability and order time is a must for any promotional product company. A good company will not only have their own customer service hotlines, but will also assign you your very own account manager. This insures that you have someone standing behind you making sure that everything goes well for your next big promotion.

• Quality- Before you ever commit to buying a product, make sure that you physically see the item. Hold it, test its durability, and make sure that it looks like the item in the catalog. The importance of quality can not be slacked on in order to cut prices. The least expensive promotional product company is not necessarily the best. Knowing the reputation of the company that you are working with along with physical specimens of the products will eliminate any problems from developing later on in the ordering/delivery process. Remember that your products are meant to be a reflection of your business. If you are doing business with a shady a product company, rest assured you will not be doing business for long.
